Google Photos 'colour pop' feature to remain free but there will be a new paid version

After reports of Google planning to monetise some features of its Photos app made people unhappy, the company clarified to that the talked about ‘colour pop’ feature is going to remain free as it is. But this doesn’t mean that the reports which claimed that the Photos app version 5.18 puts the ‘colour pop’ feature’ behind a paywall are untrue.
